mPark Partners invests exclusively in mobile home parks and manages a portfolio of communities in several states.  We are seeking to acquire additional communities and leverage our experience across a broader portfolio.    Corporate headquarters are in Dover, Delaware and we have pursued opportunities from Florida to Maine to Washington State to Utah.  We will invest in any state if the opportunity meets our criteria.
