In an off-market deal mPark Partners acquired the Lakeview Mobile Home Community from the Hunter family. This deal was cultivated in the summer of 2015 when the principals of mPark Partners (MDV Capital at the time) cold called Mr. Hunter expressing an interest to buy the park. By November of 2015, the acquisition was consummated, and Mr. Hunter receive his full asking price.
The Lakeview Mobile Home Community is a 32 unit mobile home park located on a small lake in Converse, Indiana. It is a family park about halfway between Kokomo and Marion. People are drawn to Converse from the larger cities because of the quiet way of life and the Oak Hill School District.
Amenities include a 2 acre stocked fishing lake, city water, city sewer, curbside trash pickup, paved streets, and a dedicated onsite manager. Located within walking distance is downtown Converse, a small town with shops restaurants and a winery.
