mPark Receives Delaware Dealership License to Sell Brand New Manufactured Homes

mPark Homes was granted a license to sell brand new manufactured homes by the Dealer Services branch of the Delaware Division of Motor Vehicles. Even though manufactured homes are semi-permanently attached to the ground, they are considered to be "motor vehicles" because they were originally hauled into position on a frame and tires. Anybody selling brand new manufactured homes therefore must have a dealers license.

With this new license, mPark intends to replace aging and dilapidated manufactured homes in the Up-Country mobile home park in Seaford Delaware and other properties to be acquired throughout Delaware.

This is the third state-issued dealer license obtained by the company following similar licenses in Ohio and Indiana.
